James is an actor and musician known for appearances on CBS Hawaii Five-O seasons 1 and 6, and ABC shows Off The Map and LOST.  In April 2022 James completed shooting for director Erin Lau's Tribeca and Netflix produced short film 'Inheritance' filmed on location on the Big Island of Hawai'i.

Born in Washington DC. James family spent time living in Cheltenham & London UK before moving back to the DC area. His first background role came in 1995 while working as a DC Police Officer.

James left the Police Dept to continue working as a background performer in films and shows shot in DC, Baltimore and New York while also working as Bartender/Head Brewer and later Office Manager. In 2005 he moved to Hawaii with the intent of working on the show LOST.

Perseverantia Vincit. In 2009, while working in Hawaii's retail and service industries, James was cast as one of Charles Widmore's 'Scientists' for 5 episodes in the final season of LOST.  He enrolled in acting workshops and classes and for 3 seasons continued gaining on-set expierience working as stand-in and stunt/photo double for Hawaii Five-O before being booked in guest star roles in 'Off The Map' and 'Hawaii Five-O.  James 2nd Hawaii Five-O appearance in Season 6 Valentine's Day Special as 'Michael Foxton' was featured in Honolulu's Star Advertiser. James also writes and produces original music. He briefly attended Berklee College of Music in 2019 and will soon release his first full length LP. He also continues to study acting with LA's premier Meisner coach Iris Klein.
